1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (14-DAY WINDOW)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required

A Return Authorization (RMA) must be approved before sending any item back
Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:

Products that have been used after purchase

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping
Returns sent without approval or outside policy terms will be refused.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the original packaging
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost.

4. RETURN PROCESS (RMA REQUIRED)
To start a return:

Include your order number and reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA authorization
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective item).
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages returned due to address errors
Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an approved return is received, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed.
9. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
